The work is based on photos taken in the fall of 2019 of a showcase in Curitiba, Brazil. Adhesive letters have come loose, have partly fallen off, hang crooked. But this is how new words/meanings emerge. "Cores" (Portuguese "colors") happens to be Albert Coers' last name, with a little letter swap.
